JOB PURPOSE
DAMAC Brand Ambassadors are the face of the brand as they are the first point of contact with the clients and get their attention at the stands in a professional and elegant manner to generate quality leads and arrange office meetings for the sales team.
Key Accountabilities
- Managerial Accountabilities
- Adhere to stands code of conduct and dress code
- To follow company stands script
- To achieve the assigned leads, tours, and sales targets
- To promote DAMAC projects and new promotions
- Have an in-depth knowledge of products
- Follow up with the leads to convert into show meeting
- Functional Accountabilities
- To approach prospects and qualify them
- To be productive at the stand all the time during the shift
- To take ownership of stand appearance and marketing collateral
- Can work at different locations and shifts as per business requirement
- Must stay up to date with all new promotions and prices
- Support colleagues whenever required
- Report any issue from the stand in a timely manner

Qualifications And Experience
- Experience and Technical Knowledge

Senior Interior Designer at DAMAC Properties
About the job
Job Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility of Interior Design projects from conception to completion
- Create compelling design presentations using various media, including mood boards and design boards
- Make informed selections on materials, finishes and furnishings in order to align with design concepts and project requirements.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders & Design Managers to implement high quality Interior Design spaces
- Implement working templates for establishing client requirement
- Manage the preparation of the Interior Design and finishes design tender and construction documentation in accordance with DAMAC Design Standards
- Integrate smart technologies and innovative design elements to enhance functionality and user experience in interior spaces.
- Serve as the technical resource for all matters related to Interior Design
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent
- Membership with a certified body is advantageous
- Minimum 6+ years of interior design experience in Dubai working with leading architectural practice
- Proficiency in developing and visualizing design concepts using various tools and techniques
- Extensive knowledge and experience in designing interior spaces for various projects, including residential, hospitality and commercial
