  •  Ensure administrative work undertaken complies with quality standards and is by department procedures, standards and policy.
  •  Support the coordination of administration material, requests, mail and equipment daily and as required for department-related activities and corporate events.
  •  Provide a comprehensive admin systems support service including data entry, maintenance, update and support of relevant databases and in-house equipment. Record transactional data in appropriate systems and produce reports as required. Collate, analyse, archive and retrieve data/information when necessary.
  •  Handle customer/employee requests, actioning transactions and queries in a timely manner and actively seek feedback to provide a high level of service with admin-related queries. Obtain and disseminate information from relevant sections if not available.
  •  Complete timely and accurate processing of transactions, including audit, checking and necessary reconciliation for settlement of bills pertaining to corporate expenses and charges, as well as issuing relevant documentation.
  •  Provide comprehensive support in maintaining, issuing and tracking supplies, basic fixtures, fittings, and facilities utilization to ensure safe operation where applicable.

Qualifications & Experience

  • General Administration Experience: 1+ Year
  • Education Background: 12 Years of schooling or equivalent

Assistant Restaurant Manager – LV

Qatar Duty Free · Doha, Qatar

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will supervise daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning; maintain sanitation standards and assist servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. You will strive to continually improve guest and staff satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility. You will also determine training needs to accomplish goals and implement operational plans.

Responsibilities

Supervise the operations and ensure that standards and Sequence of Service is maintained at all times.

Ensure the smooth preparation of the restaurant side-stations, mise-en-place and table set-ups as per outlet reservations and standards.

Monitor the performance of outlet service employees; supervision duties include; delegating responsibilities, scheduling, coaching and correcting, evaluating, 121 training and mentoring of employees, etc.

Maintain outlet inventory, cleanliness, food rotation and menu and service consistency.

Conduct daily briefings and allocation of the team based on the strategy of the business.

Qualifications

Previous work experience in a luxury brands, standalone or 5 star experience in hotel management

Experience in handling and managing large teams

Experienced in HACCP or FAS food standards and quality assurance implementation or related training preferred

Passionate individual for food and drinks

High School / Vocational Qualification / Diploma plus minimum 4 years of relevant job-related experience; or

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent plus minimum 3 years of relevant job-related experience
