Business Development Executive

JOB PURPOSE:

To manage and accelerate company sales by sourcing new brokers/clients and convincing existing brokers/clients to accelerate sales, generate revenue and maximize profits for the business.

Functional Accountabilities:

Achieve and exceed assigned monthly targets by collaborating with assigned/allocated Corporate Agents and ensuring ethical practices across all dealings.

Support execution of sales and marketing strategies to support business growth.

Screen potential brokers (individual & corporate) with the objective of promoting DAMAC products and ensure that assigned brokers receive the support (eg. training, onboarding, coaching, etc) to achieve sales targets.

Design and implement effective Route to Market (RTM) based on customer needs, broker type and resources.

Explore and leverage DAMAC Customer & Agent programs (eg. Client Fly Ins, Agent Fly Ins Partnership Program, Direct Road Shows, Agent Events, IUC program, etc) to maximize sales and achieve targets within the assigned territory.

Negotiate and develop contracts and integrate contract requirements with business operations.

Sales Intern

· Fresh graduates (Masters preferred)

Real Estate Agent – Russian Speaking

The main function of this role is to source properties, buyers, sellers, investors, tenants and

developers to assess and to commit them to sales/leasing transactions. Other duties include promoting property developments and support continuous company growth and serve our clients. The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, must be maintaining very high standards and understand the property market as well as the area they are assigned to.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients in in finding them a suitable property while maintain high level of standards.
  • Achieving sales targets / KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with the property market and new launches in the market.
  • Ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients and Landlords.
  • Ensure all enquiries are attended to within a timely manner.
  • Follow-up with the clients/leads on a regular basis.
  • Update records on the CRM regularly and accurately.
  • Follow company’s policy and procedures to ensure quality and legality of all the transactions.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify new sales leads and maintain good advisor-client relationship.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Real Estate Sales experience in the U.A.E. for is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in English and Proficient in Russian.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy.
  • Strong negotiator.
  • Ability to work independently with great dedication.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.).
