Head of Products- Wealth Management

Role   : Head of Products- Wealth Management
Location : Abu Dhabi                        

Role Purpose:
Lead the wealth management product team in delivering best in class wealth products & solutions to ADIB customers across all client segments.

The role will be responsible for delivery of WM budgeted revenues (AED 185 mil for 2024) through:

  • New product launches
  • Enhancing WM product capabilities
  • RM training & sales aids
  • Periodic product performance reviews and rebalancing
  • Regulatory compliance & risk management
  • Competitor and market analysis

Key Accountabilities of the role      

  • Launch new products & solutions for various client segments like Gold, Diamond & Private banking
  • Enhance WM product platform by introducing new asset classes suitable for various risk profiles

  • Onboard and manage third party product providers 
  • Provide regular product updates and training to frontline on new and existing products and share rebalancing opportunities

Islamic Finance Executive-Auto Finance (Outsource Role)

Role   : Islamic Finance Executive – Auto Finance

Main Responsibilities:

•    To source Sahel products to the specified target segment and achieve or exceed the assigned target.

•    To ensure that all applications submitted are error free and fix rectify the error in case of any.

•    Check the file activation and notify the RSS in case of delay at Card center end.

•    To maintain a good rapport with lnter-department / peers by ensuring a smooth flow of business.

•    To participate in activities assigned by your line manager during promotions.

•    Initiate cross-sell other banking products on best efforts basis.

Credit Analyst

Role Purpose:

The Jobholder will be responsible for managing the Home Finance Underwriting, which includes Underwriting, Contact Point Verification for NTML companies, and initiate customer field Visit for Self Employed applicants. The role holder will be responsible to ensure that customer focus is key across functions & ensures that constant improvement to the processes. The role holder will be responsible for working closely with all stakeholders to ensure adherence to the policy / process guidelines and Productivity are met on a daily / monthly
   
Key Accountabilities of the role      

  1. Analyze Bank Statements so as assess its genuineness, continuity, business turnovers, cheque returns, average balances and to observe if there is any chance of artificial fabrication of such statements.
  2. Analyze applicant’s financial statements and comment on its findings (where required).
  3.  Check customer’s status through de-dupes/CBRB.
  4.   Meeting the minimum daily targets assigned by management while maintaining the lowest level of errors as measured by the scorecard. 
  5. Escalate cases requiring higher DP with full analysis and recommendations to facilitate their decision making 
  6. Demonstrate full and up to date knowledge of ADIB’s products, policies and procedures. 
  7. Proactively and continually make and recommend system changes and enhancements, also ensure that all procedures and policies are implemented and being followed in compliance with organization.
  8. Demonstrate full team spirit and positive attitude.
  9. Perform any other responsibilities entrusted by ADIB Management from time to time and any other task assigned by Management.
  10. Meets productivity standards; completes work in timely manner; strives to increase productivity.

Job Description

Strategic Contribution

  • Maintain books of accounts and ensure that accounting transactions are recorded as per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
