Job Purpose

Ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided to Emirates customers, provide them with details on Emirates tariff fares and actively issue online tickets and sell related products.

Issue Emirates tickets to customers ensuring that all necessary airline rules and regulations are incorporated and that the customer request is met in order to provide them with excellent service.

Highlight to customers the legal requirements covering their journey such as passport, visa & health requirements and other details such as check-in place and time.

Actively enhance Emirates revenue earnings by providing options to customer on all products and services such as Skywards membership, DBB, Dubai stopovers, hotel bookings and upgraded fares.

Actively be involved in suggesting new ideas and providing recommendations on the improvement of the service provided, thereby increasing revenue and ensuring Emirates success as a market leading airline.

Qualifications & Experience

12th Grade or equivalent

Standard Fares and ticketing courses

1+ years experience  

Excellent interpersonal, telephone and customer service skills.

Ability to work in shifts and manage  a busy sales team environment.

PC based skills to operate Windows package including Microsoft Word/ Excel/ E-mail.

Knowledge of contact centre and airline industry procedures and methodology.

CABIN SERVICES ASSISTANT – Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Purpose
To organize, hygienically clean and personalise the A380 Shower Spas with the objective of ensuring each First Class customer who uses this unique onboard feature is delighted by the experience.
The primary area of responsibility is Shower Spa cleanliness and personalisation, however, maintenance of First, Business and Economy Class lavatories, First and Business Class Lounges and general cabin areas is also a responsibility of this role, all to project a positive company image to our customers.
The role is to clean designated aircraft areas and does not overlap with or replace normal Cabin Crew service duties. The CSA will report to the Purser, or the Cabin Supervisor, should the Purser be on crew rest or otherwise unavailable. This role requires travelling.

Job Outline:

Performs inventory control function confirming products are loaded in the correct quantities. This to ensure onboard facilities can be correctly serviced, in-flight replenishments can be made and a wide range of products will be available for customers to select from in using the facilities.
  • To check Shower Spa and lavatory cleanliness prior to passenger boarding placing appropriate amenity items to prepare for passenger use.
  • To “Personalise the Shower Spa” for each customer at the allocated time from the Shower Spa Reservations System, with selected products displayed in the appropriate manner to delight customers who are using the facility.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. 
  • Experience: – A minimum of 2 years customer service experience with an international hotel chain/airline/world class service provider. 
  • Experience working in Hospitality Industry within housekeeping department would be an advantage. 
  • Knowledge/skills: – Must be fluent in written and spoken English. 
  • Minimum height of 160 cm and Arm reach of at least 210cm (on tip toes).

First Officer A350/A380 Abu Dhabi

Job Description include (but is not limited to):   

Responsible for Safety and Security of the aircraft and passengers and Cargo on board, as far as their duties are concerned; and in the absence of the Commander for any reason.

Maintain familiarity with Etihad’s Operations Manual as are necessary to fulfil their function both professionally and safely.

Assist the commander as requested, concerning any administrative duties in relation to the flight.

Support the Commander in the maintenance of a proper standard of crew discipline, conduct and personal appearance.

Carrying out such duties concerning the flight in accordance with Etihad’s operating policies and procedures, as are allocated to him by the Commander.

Confirming the safe navigation of the aircraft, maintaining a continuous and independent check upon both the geographical position of the aircraft ensuring safe terrain and weather clearance.

Conducting the flight in compliance with the current flight plan, SOPs and the Commander’s instructions when the Commander is not at the controls, and to subsequently notify the Commander of any change to the current flight plan, ATC or geographical position upon their return.

Providing such advice, information and assistance without hesitation if required, to the Commander as may contribute favorably towards the safe and efficient conduct of the flight.

Maintaining a high personal standard of discipline, conduct and appearance as a representative of Etihad Airways at all times.

In the event of Commander incapacitation, the highest ranking Co-Pilot assigned to the flight shall assume command.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2500 hours total flying time.

A minimum of 1500 hours on multi crew, glass cockpit (1) or high performance military jet.

A minimum of 1000 hours should be on one of the following: A330, A340, A350 or A380.

Type rating on A330, A340 or A350 or A380 should be valid for a minimum of 2 months at the time of joining.

ICAO current and unrestricted ATPL. We do not accept Frozen ATPL unless held by a UAE citizen.

Flown any Airbus FBW within the last 12 months.

Unrestricted, current Class 1 medical.

Maximum age limit is 50 years old.

English Language Fluency (written and verbal) Level 4 or better.

In case of hours accumulated on flights with inflight relief, 75% of the total hours shall be counted towards the required minimums.

(1) Glass Cockpit: aircraft with a FMS coupled to APFDS

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed pay of AED 26,000 per month.

Flight duty allowance:

– 1-6 years of service: AED 40 per block hour

– 7-10 years of service: AED 56 per block hour


Meal allowance during layovers as per the following rates:
